Leadership Creek County is a county wide program designed to identify leaders, develop their leadership skills and equip them to assume leadership roles within their local community. Sessions will be held each month, times will vary from full day (day at the Capitol) to half days. Classes begin in March 2017. Graduation will be held in January 2018 during our 87th Annual Chamber Banquet. In the interest of adhering to our goal of keeping the program as widely based as possible, we encourage a wide variety of participants to apply each session. This allows from the sharing of information and enhances the learning experience.

The Leadership Creek County program consists of 7 three-hour sessions, a full day at the state capitol, field experience and a graduation ceremony. The Curriculum focuses on leadership skills, training, general information about Creek County, and challenges facing the county. This year’s schedule is as follows: March 16 or 23 – Introduction April 12 - State Capitol (all day) May 18 – Education and Wine June 15 – Creek Co. History Hunt July 13 - Local Government August 17 – Law Enforcement September 14 – Human Needs & Services October 19 - Economy November 9 - Final Meeting January 2018 – Graduation (All Dates Subject to Change)
Tuition for the 2017 Class is $150 for Chamber members and $175 non members (payable to Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce) and is due with your application by February 28, 2017. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
